Al Ross
Chairman and
Co-Owner

Al Ross is a leading figure in the Houston sign industry and a seasoned entrepreneur. He founded National Signs at 28, growing it into one of Texas's largest sign companies with nearly $20 million in annual revenue before its sale in 2012. He then launched Al Ross Luxury Homes, pioneering the "Luxury Spec Home" market and achieving $200 million in construction revenue. Born in Iran, Al moved to Houston at 13, balancing work and studies to fulfill his parents' dreams. Now, his latest venture, Meridian Signs, aims to transform the industry with a focus on consultative sales, creative design, and customer service. Al is also a mentor at the University of Houston and supports local business development.

Gregg Hollenberg
President and
Co-Owner

Gregg Hollenberg, a Houston-based signage expert with nearly two decades of industry leadership, leads Meridian Signs. Starting his career in 2008 with National Signs, he grew the company and facilitated its transition to private equity ownership as President and CEO. In 2018, he founded Sign Advisors, offering custom signage projects and becoming a top Daktronics LED sign dealer in Houston. Previously, Gregg held senior executive roles in the energy and construction materials sectors and served on the boards of the Greater Houston Sign Association, Texas Sign Association, Hermann Park Conservancy, and the Better Business Bureau of Houston. He holds a BA and MBA from Duke University and is OSHA 10 certified. Gregg is a Houston Texans fan and competitive racquetball player.

Joann Warren
Vice President and
Co-Owner

Joann Warren, a seasoned financial and operational executive in the signage industry, now leads Meridian Signs' administrative, accounting, banking, financial, and legal activities. She began her career as the Regional Administrative Manager for Konecranes International, managing 21 branch offices in the Gulf Coast region over 13 years. In 2006, Joann transitioned to National Signs as Controller and later joined Al Ross’s homebuilding ventures as Chief Operating Officer. She played a key role in forming new affiliates, managing four M&A transactions, and overseeing accounting and compliance for over $200 million in revenue. Additionally, Joann co-owns Warren’s Plumbing and Huffman True Value, demonstrating her broad expertise and community involvement.

SenLy Fox
Vice President and 
Co-Owner

SenLy F. Fox brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, and executive management experience to Meridian Signs. She started in the sign industry in 2013 as VP of Sales and Marketing at National Signs. In 2018, SenLy launched Tanglewood Living magazine, successfully rebranding it to Stroll Tanglewood in 2021. Before this, she contributed to the success of Verizon Wireless, Logix Communications, and IDT Solutions, earning national sales and President’s Club awards. A University of Houston alumna with a BBA in Marketing and Psychology, SenLy is actively involved in various community organizations and previously held leadership roles with the University of Houston Bauer Alumni Association, American Marketing Association, and Delta Sigma Pi International Business Fraternity.
